To ensure maximum protection for all parties involved, a Limited company (Ltd) is established. It is fully independent of you, but you are registered as a director.

This legal structure shields you from any personal liability, ensuring your investment is isolated and safeguarded within the company.

  • ïŧŋïŧŋOnce complete, the property is let out to tenants before being refinanced to pull most of our money back out

SETTING UP A LIMITED COMPANY


We will set up a new limited company in which the investment monies will be held. The company will register with Companies House and HMRC, and I will be registered as the sole director.
